We’re seeking a physical therapist with a proven track record of achievement and a genuine commitment to helping others. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be a team player, adept at multitasking, and skilled in communication with both colleagues and patients. At our clinic, we provide an outstanding mentorship program, welcoming new grads to join our team.
Location: 1 New Hampshire Avenue, Troy, NY 12180; Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Pay Grade: $80,000 – $95,000 a year
Job Type: Full-time
Medical specialties: Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, Sports Medicine
License/Certification: Physical Therapy License (Preferred); CPR Certification (Preferred)
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- License/Certification: Physical Therapy License (Preferred)
- Medical specialties: Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, Sports Medicine
- Distance: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Specialize in Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, or Sports Medicine
- Hold a Physical Therapy License and CPR Certification
- Reliably commute or be planning to relocate to the Troy, NY area before starting.

- Provide Personalized Patient Care- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to each patient’s specific needs, with an emphasis on rehabilitation, pain management, and functional mobility.
- Perform Evaluations and Assessments – Conduct thorough patient evaluations, set measurable goals, and track progress to ensure effective, goal-oriented care, particularly using McKenzie Method principles.
- Collaborate with Team Members – Work closely with clinic staff and referral sources to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care and maintain strong communication with patients and their families.
