Telehealth (also known as telemedicine or telerehab) is a type of treatment that allows you and our physical therapists to interact over a live audio and video connection in order to maximize care while you are not able to receive treatment at our clinic.

Maccio Physical Therapy has been providing high quality, cost-effective care to patients since 1986. Our treatment approach to musculoskeletal injuries is based on the McKenzie Method and Ergonomic Principles.
We are the only Certified McKenzie Clinic in the Capital District and Joseph G. Maccio, MA, PT, Dip MDT, Joseph R. Maccio, DPT Dip. MDT, and Lindsay Carlton, ACT, DPT, Dip. MDT are the area’s only Diplomats in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT). There are currently only 33 certified clinics in the United States and 78 worldwide.
